It has two windows on the front panel for excellent product visibility, and is centrally hung with a compressed paperboard hook. Simple additional features like the postal locks improve closure and eliminate the need for additional self adhesive labels to seal the pack, and the thumb hole on the top panel assists in opening the pack.

It has an aperture on the front panel for product visibility and the touch and feel of the garment—rather than a window (with film)—eliminating single use plastics and reducing cost (but potentially means the product could become soiled or foreign objects could enter the pack in the supply chain). It has an integral (unglued)/centrally hanging two ply euro slot (improved integrity and resistance to pack damage)—great for merchandising—but uses more material and adds costs in freight if not packed/shipped correctly. Consumer interfacing with this style of packaging is challenging—packaging opening/product access/removal and replacement—but commonly used all the same. The base—a sequence/or envelope base—creates a strong closure (and eliminates the need for any additional labels/stickers to keep it closed) that also eliminates any bowing. For deeper/wider packs this design solution not only reduces the amount of material used—but gives a stronger/more reliable closure.

It has a single window (for excellent product visibility), that goes over two panels—the front and the side. The window would be creased to help the pack keep its shape. A hook has been applied/riveted to the back panel that spins around—this hook is great for saving space in transit and allows the pack to be either hung or stood. A perforated thumb hole on the top panel allows ease opening, but keeps dirt and foreign objects out of the packaging in transport. This design also boasts a pre-glued base—an automatic or crash lock base—which whilst adding cost in production, is super quick to erect in assembly and filling. It also has stability feet on the front and back panels—ensuring that it always stays upright when displayed stood up.

A very cost effective and robust packaging solution.

A partially glued corrugated (in natural kraft colour) tray with walls for added strength, and a centralised cord hanging. It is delivered flat, quick and simple to assemble and fill. The tray can be printed or unprinted, depending on budget, as the paperboard sleeve that slips on and over the tray can carry all the branding and product information. A simple aperture in the front panel allows for the product to be touched and colour seen without opening the box. A cut out has been added to the front and back to make it easier to ‘slip’ the sleeve off. Feet on the tray stop the sleeve being pulled downwards
