Den 4 maj 2026 offentliggjorde Trimco Group (UK) Limited, ett indirekt hel\u00e4gt dotterbolag till Trimco Group Holdings Limited, (\u201dBudgivaren<\/strong>\u201d), ett offentligt kontant uppk\u00f6pserbjudande till aktie\u00e4garna i Nil\u00f6rngruppen AB (publ) (\u201dNil\u00f6rngruppen<\/strong>\u201d eller \u201dBolaget<\/strong>\u201d) att \u00f6verl\u00e5ta samtliga sina aktier i Bolaget till Budgivaren f\u00f6r 77 kronor kontant per aktie (”Erbjudandet<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n
