S\u00e4rskilt arvode f\u00f6r styrelsearbete i koncernbolag ska inte utg\u00e5 f\u00f6r ledande befattningshavare.<\/p>\n<h3>Bonus<\/h3>\n<p>Bonus kan utg\u00e5 till enskilda befattningshavare i enlighet med styrelsens beslut. R\u00f6rliga ers\u00e4ttningar skall baseras p\u00e5 f\u00f6rutbest\u00e4mda och m\u00e4tbara kriterier s\u00e5som resultatutvecklingen f\u00f6r Nil\u00f6rnkoncernen.
